The quantet group is growing and looking for new talent to join our expanding team based at our Central London HQ. Some of our roles involve travel to and working with our clients. We are always looking out for new associate trainers to join our team with experience of delivering engaging management, customer service, business admin and leadership training.

Exceptional Associate Trainers in the following subjects:

We’re seeking really engaging associate trainers with proven expertise in one or more of the above areas to join our growing team. We deliver the levy funded Level 4 Associate Project Management Apprenticeship (aligned to the APM Project Management (PMQ) qualification), the Level 3 Improvement Technician Apprenticeship and the Level 4 Improvement Practitioner Apprenticeship and are seeking subject specialists to design and deliver on these programmes.

Working with blue chip corporates and the public sector, our growing client list includes Triumph Motorcycles and the UK Parliament, and our ambition is to be the first choice and leading provider in leadership & management training.

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Love to innovate through curriculum development
  • Are passionate about their subject and are experienced in delivering engaging training to a range of different learners with different levels of knowledge and experience
  • Project Management only : Hold the PMQ qualification (or higher) and ideally are APM members
  • Have a proven track record in their specialist subject
  • Have a strong ‘can do’ attitude

Curriculum & Skills Coaching Managers
Circa £35- £40K plus bonus scheme and allowances


The role of an Apprenticeship Assessor has changed and we are building a whole new team of Apprenticeship Skills Coaches to support our levy funded apprenticeship programmes and need a team of Curriculum Managers to lead and manage this expanding team. Our focus is on high end Leadership and Management training across a range of sectors, including retail and fashion retail, finance and insurance, law, manufacturing and engineering, logistics, infrastructure & the public services. Amongst our growing client list you’ll find Triumph Motorcycles, Arriva Buses (UK), UK Parliament (both the House of Commons and the House of Lords).

The Curriculum & Skills Coaching Manager is a brand new role with a focus on:

  • Curating the learning programme of individual participants through an active programme of skills coaching
  • Managing a team of Skills Coaches
  • Have a strong ‘can do’ attitude
  • Providing skills coach support to your own co-hort on a 1-2-1 basis, in small seminar groups, through webinars and ‘Whatsapp’ groups
  • Administrating individual learning plans including portfolio preparation, assessment, feedback and grading.
  • Managing End Point Assessment and ensuring your own and teams learners are prepared
  • Managing the development and implementation of the Curriculum across one of our programmes

We welcome applications from locations around the UK as we drive to create a field based team close to all of our clients. You will be required to attend meetings in our London Head Office.

Functional Skills Curriculum Manager

We’re seeking to recruit a really good Functional Skills Curriculum Manager to join our growing team. We deliver levy funded apprenticeship standards and commercially funded workforce development programmes for blue chip corporates and the public sector. Amongst our growing client list you’ll find Triumph Motorcycles and the UK Parliament. We’re increasingly focused on Team Leadership and Management training from levels 2 through to level 7. Our ambition is to become a national centre of excellence for English and maths delivering outstanding learning through innovative and creative ways of engaging with learners.

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Love to innovate through curriculum development
  • Are passionate about functional skills
  • Have a degree and a teaching qualification (preferably a PGCE)
  • Are excited about the use of digital technology and the opportunity to create interactive online learning materials
  • Have a strong ‘can do’ attitude
  • Have experience of managing a team of Functional Skills Coaches

Our Offices are based in Central London, and would require you to be based here 1-2 days per week, although we are open to an office/working from home/field based model.   • Administrating individual learning plans including portfolio preparation, assessment, feedback and grading.
  • Preparing Learners for their End Point Assessment.
